Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing untung99.lol or playing on the play.untung99.lol server, you are deemed to accept these Terms of Service along with the Server Rules and Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must meet the age requirements and terms of use of Minecraft and the platform you play on (Microsoft/Mojang, console, etc.).
3. Acceptable use
You agree to follow the Server Rules. No cheating, bug exploits, griefing outside legitimate mechanics, harassment, or promoting illegal content. You are responsible for your own account security.
4. No warranty
The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee the server will be uninterrupted or always available. In-game progress may change or be reset during season changes, maintenance, or other technical circumstances.
5. Economy & purchases
The server is pay-to-win-free — no combat advantage is sold. If cosmetic items or voluntary support become available later, they will not affect game balance, and their terms will be explained separately.
6. Termination of access
We may suspend or terminate access for players who violate these terms or the Server Rules, per the applicable sanction tiers.
7. Changes to terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Significant changes are announced on the community Discord, and the latest version applies from publication.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
