Read the reporting guide →We're a volunteer team — please be patient for a reply. Before asking, check the FAQ first; the answer may already be there.
We are a volunteer team running the server outside our own working hours, so reply speed depends heavily on the type of question. Discord is almost always fastest because other community members chime in too, while email is usually answered within a few business days.
For technical issues — can't connect, a stuck ship, missing items, or quest progress that won't advance — include as much detail as possible: your Minecraft account name, the edition you play (Java or Bedrock), the game version, roughly when it happened, and exactly what you were doing before the problem appeared. A screenshot or short recording speeds things up enormously.
For rule violations, please do not use email. Use the /report command in-game or the dedicated Discord channel so your report lands directly in the queue of the moderator on duty, complete with evidence. Reports sent by email risk long delays.
For partnerships, sponsorships, or press coverage, state up front who you are, the channel or outlet you run, an outline of the collaboration you have in mind, and the timeline you are aiming for. The more concrete that first message is, the faster we can give you a meaningful answer.
