The Pirate's Oath Charter
Server rules
In Barasakti Bay there is no king, but there is law. By weighing anchor at play.untung99.lol, you swear to uphold the following rules. When in doubt, ask a moderator before acting.
02Conduct Between Pirates
Treat every player with respect. No harassment, intimidation, stalking, or discrimination based on ethnicity, religion, race, gender, orientation, or disability.
03Fair Fighting (Anti-Cheat)
Strictly no cheat/hack clients, banned mods, auto-clickers/macros/bots, or bug (dupe) exploits. Finding a bug isn't an offense — quietly abusing it is.
04PvP & Raiding
PvP is allowed in open zones per the mechanics. No PvP in safe zones, no spawn-killing, no targeting newbies, and no unfair cross-teaming.
05Building & Griefing
No griefing outside legitimate raid mechanics. Respect others' land claims. Traps in safe zones meant to harm players are forbidden.
06Talk on Deck (Chat)
Keep it civil. No spam, hate speech, adult content, doxxing, malicious links, or impersonating staff or other players.
07Economy & Trading
No pay-to-win. No scamming, real-money trading (RMT), market manipulation, or promoting illegal content or any scam scheme in the server or Discord.
08Fleets (Guilds)
Leaders are responsible for their members. No offensive fleet names or names resembling staff, and no using a fleet as a front for mass cheating/scamming.
09Account Security
You are responsible for your account. Enable 2FA, don't share your login, and don't sell/buy/lend accounts or use alts to dodge punishment.
10Hard Bans
Serious cheating, hate speech, sexual content (especially involving minors — reported to authorities), doxxing, server attacks (DDoS), promoting illegal content, and ban evasion → permanent ban.
Enforcement
Sanction tiers
Moderators enforce rules gradually and proportionally. Severe offenses can jump straight to the highest tier.

Integrity & fair play
Our economy is pay-to-win-free: all treasure, power, and achievement come from in-game effort — not your wallet. We keep competition fair, transparent, and safe for every pirate. Violations are acted on promptly.
Reporting & appeals
Use the /report command in-game, or report in the #lapor-perompak channel on Discord with evidence. Appeals go in the #banding channel, politely.
